Digital spare parts management meets technical documentation
SpareParts365 GmbH and Noxum GmbH presented modern solutions for the efficient handling of spare parts and service information at the tekom annual conference 2025 in Stuttgart. Visitors were able to see interactive 2D and 3D spare parts catalogs, automatic hotspot recognition, integrated service and document display, and interfaces to ERP, PIM, and shop systems—a powerful solution for everyday digital service.
In combination with Noxum’s editorial system solutions—Noxum Publishing Studio and NovaDB—a continuous flow of information is created: from the creation of technical documentation to the provision of up-to-date spare parts and service information in the portal. The result: consistent data, efficient workflows, and an optimized customer experience in after-sales service.
A particular highlight was the practical lecture on November 11, which provided exciting insights into the connection between technical editing and digital spare parts management.
SpareParts365—the central platform for interactive spare parts catalogs, service information, and after-sales processes—made a clear statement at tekom in favor of efficient and future-oriented service processes.
