SpareParts365 GmbH, together with Noxum GmbH, presented modern solutions for the efficient handling of spare parts and service information at the tekom Annual Conference 2025 in Stuttgart. Visitors were impressed by interactive 2D and 3D spare parts catalogs, automatic hotspot detection, integrated service and document display, and interfaces to ERP, PIM, and shop systems – a powerful solution for everyday digital service operations.

In combination with Noxum's editorial system solutions – Noxum Publishing Studio and NovaDB – a seamless flow of information is created: from the creation of technical documentation to the provision of up-to-date spare parts and service information in the portal.
